Pizza and Dolphins...

Today was a nice way to end a rough week. Between bug bites, green stuff, exhaustion, difficult children, missing home, and more bug bites I'd had my share of "fun" for one week. Just ask Alison how pleasant I was to be around, I'm sure she'd be quite honest. :) In an effort to relax, Laura and her husband Eric took us to Pizza in the Sky. It was a really beautiful pizza restaurant (Okinawan Pizza) up on a mountain overlooking the ocean. They had one kind of pizza and one kind of salad. It was SO hard to make a decision. ;) It was very yummy and if any of you happened to come visit we just might have to make a trip up there!

View from the restaurant...
From the restaurant we drove to the Aquarium, the second largest in the world. Let me clarify, Alison and I did not go into the actual aquarium as we found our budget was not going to allow for that right now. There was a whole expo park with pools to observe sea turtles, manatee, and a dolphin show, all for free! Eric wanted a refreshing drink at the park and you'll never guess what he got...coconut juice, straight from a coconut with an axed off top! It was so funny seeing everyone walking around holding whole coconuts! Where am I? Anyways, the whole park was gorgeous, of course with the ocean in the background. This place is crazy like that! We were talking about how every business, especially restaurants, have one thing on their side...location!
